Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Frank Fabrizi got the match started through his kick off. Beppe Liaci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Gregori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Beppe Liaci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Cantagallo in the 16th minute of the match. In the 19th match minute, Vespolate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dario Felice to maneuver through the defense. Beppe Liaci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Cantagallo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 31st minute Franco Di Toro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Beppe Liaci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florian Cantagallo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes Rastignano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Franco Di Toro. Bruno Mazzetti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frank Fabrizi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 41 minutes into the game, Florian Cantagallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rastignano AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vespolate the free kick. After 41 played minutes Rastignano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Florian Cantagallo. In the 42nd minute, Frank Fabrizi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Mazzetti was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Rastignano AFC's zone, Andrea Ciarrocchi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bruno Mazzetti came out of the goal and Andrea Ciarrocchi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cristoforo Gregori made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Frank Fabrizi made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Mazzetti. Rastignano AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cristoforo Gregori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florian Cantagallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Beppe Liaci made a huge save. When Vespolate's Frank Fabrizi in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After 78 played minutes Rastignano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Cesarini. After having played for 82 minutes, Florian Cantagallo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rastignano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florian Cantagallo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Frank Fabrizi's late challenge caught a Rastignano AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frank Fabrizi helped the player get up and apologised. Franco Di Toro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Beppe Liaci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Vespolate's Beppe Liaci got control of the ball when Cristoforo Gregori tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Rastignano AFC booed when Vespolate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frank Fabrizi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beppe Liaci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristoforo Gregori in the 95th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Vespolate had won after a very even match.
