Beppe Liaci didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when SS Milazzo's 邵阳海 shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Bernardo Ansoldi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Ciarrocchi, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 13th minute Frank Fabrizi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Ansoldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dennis Di Sante took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardo Ansoldi. SS Milazzo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 17th minute Andrea Ciarrocchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Ansoldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, SS Milazzo's goal looked a bit too open when Andrea Ciarrocchi came free, but Bernardo Ansoldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmondo Domenghini in the 21st minute of play forced SS Milazzo's goalkeeper Bernardo Ansoldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Ansoldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Fabrizi in the 23rd minute of play. Frank Fabrizi took the ball and in the 25 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bernardo Ansoldi. Bernardo Ansoldi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After some careless play in the SS Milazzo defense, Frank Fabrizi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bernardo Ansoldi. The SS Milazzo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bernardo Ansoldi should have stopped the shot. 邵阳海's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 37thth minute, Beppe Liaci skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 邵阳海 in the 38th minute of play forced Vespolate's goalkeeper Beppe Liaci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmondo Domenghini hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Bernardo Ansoldi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrea Ciarrocchi in the 40th minute of play. 46 minutes into the game, Vespolate's Frank Fabrizi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bernardo Ansoldi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. The SS Milazzo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Vespolate were winning 2-3.

The wind increased when Frank Fabrizi made the kick off in the second half. Bernardo Ansoldi made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Frank Fabrizi sent off a good shot on target. Vespolate's Beppe Liaci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 邵阳海 in the 63rd minute of play. Alfredo De Marchi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Bernardo Ansoldi made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Vespolate's Andrea Ciarrocchi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardo Ansoldi. That made the score 2-5 after 72 minutes of play. After 76 minutes of play, SS Milazzo's Donato Ottavi made it 3-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Beppe Liaci was left in no man's land by his defense there! Comunardo Antonelli kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 85th play minute Edmondo Domenghini came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Bernardo Ansoldi. 3-6. 89 minutes into the game, Comunardo Antonelli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SS Milazzo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vespolate the free kick. When the match was over Vespolate could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than SS Milazzo throughout the match.
