ICCARA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Improta was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 11 minutes into the game, one of Allic Lì Babbà:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 12th minute there was a penalty for ICCARA FC. Augusto Di Bartolo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Antonio Limitone. 1-1. Alberigo Improta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Fedele Placidi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Allic Lì Babbà's zone, Fausto Lauri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Limitone came out of the goal and Fausto Lauri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 24 minutes into the game, Carter Cocca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Allic Lì Babbà's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ICCARA FC the free kick. Carter Cocca kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Fausto Lauri struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Antonio Limitone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ICCARA FC. When Fausto Lauri fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ICCARA FC's protests and gave Fausto Lauri a yellow card for diving instead. In the 25th match minute, ICCARA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Lauri to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Fausto Lauri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Antonio Limitone. That made the score 2-1 in the 28 minute of play. In the 35th minute Carmine Maccioni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fedele Placidi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessio Borrelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Limitone having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Lauri to make the kick off. Fausto Lauri struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Antonio Limitone didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ICCARA FC. 66 minutes into the match, ICCARA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Maccioni came free, but Fedele Placidi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to ICCARA FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Augusto Caccia hit a great ball. Carmine Maccioni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes had been played when some careless play by Allic Lì Babbà's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Augusto Di Bartolo was slow to take the kick. During this time ICCARA FC's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to ICCARA FC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bianco Crispino hit a great ball. Fedele Placidi acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 79th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Ciccio Maestri. Fedele Placidi came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Allic Lì Babbà's Alberigo Improta. But to his dismay, Alberigo Improta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Fausto Lauri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Limitone read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Antonio Limitone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessio Borrelli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fedele Placidi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Carmine Maccioni's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the game, Carlo Bravo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ICCARA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Allic Lì Babbà the free kick. The supporters of Allic Lì Babbà booed when ICCARA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlo Bravo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 91 played minutes Allic Lì Babbà got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Spiazzi. Allic Lì Babbà's Antonio Limitone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessio Borrelli in the 92nd minute of play. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
