He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Roccalvecce AFC reached it. If Ettore Juliano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amos Borgatello lost his temper 8 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Spartak Zocca fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! Spartak Zocca:s Antonello Mannella showed great skill when he stopped Angelo Prosperi:s penalty. Adriano Colagrossi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonello Mannella read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Roccalvecce AFC's Fedele Di Lullo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Roccalvecce AFC from getting a goal against them. Federico Borel's late challenge caught a Roccalvecce AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Borel helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Spartak Zocca's Federico Borel got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Spartak Zocca's Antonello Mannella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ettore Juliano in the 25th minute of play. Adriano Colagrossi took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Antonello Mannella. Antonello Mannella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Adriano Colagrossi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Spartak Zocca's zone, Ettore Juliano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonello Mannella came out of the goal and Ettore Juliano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a defensive mix-up in Roccalvecce AFC's zone, Ercole Preda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fedele Di Lullo came out of the goal and Ercole Preda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Fedele Di Lullo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emilio Ciolli went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Roccalvecce AFC defense, Ercole Preda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fedele Di Lullo. The Roccalvecce AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fedele Di Lullo should have stopped the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Ercole Preda notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Roccalvecce AFC's Fedele Di Lullo. Fedele Di Lullo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Antonello Mannella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ettore Juliano in the 71st minute of the match. In the 71st minute, Emilio Ciolli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Spartak Zocca's Antonello Mannella got control of the ball when Adriano Colagrossi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Antonello Mannella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ettore Juliano in the 92nd minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Adriano Colagrossi notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Spartak Zocca's Antonello Mannella. Antonello Mannella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 96 minutes into the game, Angelo Prosperi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roccalvecce AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spartak Zocca the free kick. In the 97th match minute, Roccalvecce AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelo Prosperi to maneuver through the defense. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
