The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Achille Grieco during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Davide Cavaliere got free with Fortunato Mancini in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Apocalypto booed when Real Tusculum FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achille Grieco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Real Tusculum FC's Fortunato Mancini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Real Tusculum FC from getting a goal against them. 19 minutes into the game, Bianco Grasso threw the ball into play from the sideline. Real Tusculum FC's Fedele Di Gaetano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Eugenio Schirru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achille Grieco, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Real Tusculum FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Chico Paulista scored to the left of an out of position Fortunato Mancini, making the score, 1-0. Achille Grieco kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. If Davide Cavaliere had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. Real Tusculum FC's Fortunato Mancini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chico Paulista in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Davide Cavaliere reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Fortunato Mancini. The goal made the score 2-0. If Francesco Baruffa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fortunato Mancini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chico Paulista, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Davide Cavaliere made a kick off. Francesco Baruffa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fortunato Mancini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Davide Cavaliere in the 54th minute of play. Fortunato Mancini came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Apocalypto's Emiliano Capobianco. But to his dismay, Emiliano Capobianco quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Davide Cavaliere in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fortunato Mancini prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 62 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Daniele Di Sante. Real Tusculum FC's Anselmo Cocca suffered a sore knee after 65 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 65 minutes, Alvaro Vani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Apocalypto and the Real Tusculum FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 66 played minutes Apocalypto got a freekick which was hit by Alvaro Vani. In the 68th minute, Chico Paulista made a precise shot to the right of Fortunato Mancini. Real Tusculum FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Elia Cirone fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fortunato Mancini having to interfere. Real Tusculum FC's Achille Grieco got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Apocalypto's Chico Paulista in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Real Tusculum FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fortunato Mancini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Francesco Baruffa in the 90th minute of play. In the 94th minute Chico Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fortunato Mancini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apocalypto's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
