Ettore Pizzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camillo Tocchetto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Ruzzi having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camillo Tocchetto in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ferdinando Ruzzi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The attack was good, but when Camillo Tocchetto in the 19th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Camillo Tocchetto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Ruzzi having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Camillo Tocchetto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quei Braavos Malefici's Ferdinando Ruzzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferdinando Ruzzi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ferdinando Ruzzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ettore Pizzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Trieste's Camillo Tocchetto in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quei Braavos Malefici's goalie prevented a goal. In the 35thth minute of the game Camillo Tocchetto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Quei Braavos Malefici's Ferdinando Ruzzi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ferdinando Ruzzi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ettore Pizzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Ferdinando Ruzzi came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Trieste's Camillo Tocchetto. But to his dismay, Camillo Tocchetto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

If Dave Bolognesi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Dave Bolognesi fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trieste's protests and gave Dave Bolognesi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Trieste getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Dave Bolognesi hit a great ball. Camillo Tocchetto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dave Bolognesi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ferdinando Ruzzi having to interfere. With his leg Ferdinando Ruzzi managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Trieste's Camillo Tocchetto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Camillo Tocchetto in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Alessandro Bolognini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ferdinando Ruzzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Quei Braavos Malefici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Tristezza to maneuver through the defense. Ettore Pizzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Camillo Tocchetto's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 80thth minute, Ferdinando Ruzzi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Trieste's Dave Bolognesi got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 82nd match minute, Quei Braavos Malefici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carmine Varglien to maneuver through the defense. A hard shot 83 in the game by Camillo Tocchetto from a close distance when the talented Ferdinando Ruzzi managed to make a qualified save. Quei Braavos Malefici's players were relieved. Ferdinando Ruzzi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camillo Tocchetto in the 88th minute. Camillo Tocchetto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ferdinando Ruzzi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Camillo Tocchetto came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Trieste fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camillo Tocchetto couldn't finish the play. Trieste's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
