The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dinamo Losca's defense didn't have a chance, in the 6th minute, when Felice Della Torre scored to the left of an out of position Augusto Berardo, making the score, 1-0. When Felice Mori fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Perla Ionica's protests and gave Felice Mori a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Felice Mori hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Felice Della Torre came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Perla Ionica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felice Della Torre couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Dinamo Losca's goalkeeper Augusto Berardo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ibrahim Yattara. Thanks to some nice moves Bernardo Barchiesi could shoot a difficult shot in the 18th minute, which Augusto Berardo however easily saved by the left post. Felice Della Torre might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Augusto Berardo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Felice Della Torre ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardo Barchiesi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felice Della Torre in the 23rd minute of play forced Dinamo Losca's goalkeeper Augusto Berardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Barchiesi scored 2-0 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Augusto Berardo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 31st minute, Bernardo Barchiesi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Berardo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Perla Ionica's Fabrizio Miccoli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emiliano Epifani in the 34th minute of play. A hard shot 38 in the game by Bernardo Barchiesi from a close distance when the talented Augusto Berardo managed to make a qualified save. Dinamo Losca's players were relieved. Felice Della Torre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Dinamo Losca getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ernesto Walcher hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emiliano Epifani stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Perla Ionica's Bernardo Barchiesi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Augusto Berardo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Augusto Berardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardo Barchiesi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Felice Della Torre put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Augusto Berardo. When Bernardo Barchiesi came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Perla Ionica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Barchiesi couldn't finish the play. Felice Della Torre struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Augusto Berardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Perla Ionica. Perla Ionica's Emilio Di Croce was substituted for Cesare Sciamanna. If Felice Della Torre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augusto Berardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Barchiesi, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Felice Della Torre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Augusto Berardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Perla Ionica's Sidney Murtagh was substituted for Ibrahim Yattara. Alfredo Palmieri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuele Petrella got free with Fabrizio Miccoli in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emiliano Epifani hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Perla Ionica's Ennio Ciolli was substituted for Felice Della Torre. Dinamo Losca's Augusto Berardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardo Barchiesi in the 93rd minute of play. Ennio Ciolli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
