Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Claudio Adriano got the match started through his kick off. Ennio Giardino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th minute, Monte Grande FC's Alberto Costantino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Alberto Costantino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Costantino in the 22nd minute of play forced Fortezza Adriatica FC's goalkeeper Meelis Asso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Biagio Mannucci came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Monte Grande FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biagio Mannucci couldn't finish the play. When Monte Grande FC's Alberto Costantino in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fortezza Adriatica FC's goalie prevented a goal. Fortezza Adriatica FC's Meelis Asso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Costantino in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Everardo Claus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 34 minutes into the game, Alberto Costantino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Meelis Asso. Alberto Costantino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 39 minutes into the match, Monte Grande FC's Alberto Costantino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Meelis Asso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Domenico Baciadonne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Meelis Asso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alberto Costantino to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Alberto Costantino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Biagio Mannucci in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Meelis Asso saved Fortezza Adriatica FC from getting behind. In the 57th minute Alberto Costantino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Meelis Asso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Fortezza Adriatica FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Humberto Fagondo hit a great ball. The supporters of Monte Grande FC booed when Fortezza Adriatica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ennio Giardino didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute Monte Grande FC were awarded a corner. Fulvio Nicolai went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Monte Grande FC's corner Fulvio Nicolai fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Meelis Asso quite easily take care of the ball. Alberto Costantino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meelis Asso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Biagio Mannucci's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. The audience was convinced that Biagio Mannucci's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meelis Asso was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Fortezza Adriatica FC's Meelis Asso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Costantino in the 70th minute of play. Monte Grande FC's Alberto Costantino got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Monte Grande FC's Biagio Mannucci got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alberto Costantino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Meelis Asso having to interfere. Alberto Costantino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Meelis Asso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 83 minutes, Alberto Costantino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monte Grande FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Costantino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Fortezza Adriatica FC's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Mannucci came free, but Meelis Asso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Costantino in the 88th minute of play forced Fortezza Adriatica FC's goalkeeper Meelis Asso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Monte Grande FC's Krzysztof Bronder got control of the ball when Carmine Rossini tried to sneak it across the goal line. Meelis Asso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Costantino in the 93rd minute of play. Meelis Asso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Biagio Mannucci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Monte Grande FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
