After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Alberto Costantino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Monte Grande FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alberto Costantino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristoforo Rondinelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Costantino in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristoforo Rondinelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Augusto Lauro had several of the Monte Grande FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 25 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Krzysztof Bronder as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Baura's zone, Biagio Mannucci stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristoforo Rondinelli came out of the goal and Biagio Mannucci tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Camillo Scarcella kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Alberto Costantino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Cristoforo Rondinelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Biagio Mannucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 35th minute, Francesco Tesone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Monte Grande FC fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when Monte Grande FC's Alberto Costantino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Costantino in the 45th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cristoforo Rondinelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Augusto Lauro made a kick off. With a little luck, Baura's Cristoforo Rondinelli got control of the ball when Biagio Mannucci tried to sneak it across the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Alberto Costantino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cristoforo Rondinelli, 1-3. Domenico Baciadonne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carter Pan lost his temper 71 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Baura! The score was 1-4 after a penalty in the 73rd minute, where Monte Grande FC:s Fulvio Nicolai tricked Baura:s Cristoforo Rondinelli with a difficult ball by the left post. Alberto Costantino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Biagio Mannucci came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Monte Grande FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Biagio Mannucci couldn't finish the play. When the match was over Monte Grande FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Baura throughout the match.
