Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 5th minute of the match Daniele Puglielli sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Demetrio Giovannelli skillfully saved the ball. The supporters of Borbiago booed when Geo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Achille Del Vecchio hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Borbiago's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Amos Massaro scored to the left of an out of position Alfredo Barillari, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Caeiro in the 28th minute of play forced Geo AFC's goalkeeper Demetrio Giovannelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carter Piano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Demetrio Giovannelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ermanno Giampieri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demetrio Giovannelli having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Pedro Caeiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Borbiago's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Caeiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demetrio Giovannelli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the game, Amos Massaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Geo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Borbiago the free kick. In the 48th match minute, Geo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alessandro Riso to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Pedro Caeiro made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Borbiago getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Daniele Puglielli hit a great ball. Borbiago's Alfredo Barillari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmondo Toccaceli in the 54th minute of play. After 79 played minutes Ermanno Giampieri rounded Geo AFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Pedro Caeiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Demetrio Giovannelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 90 minutes of play, Borbiago's Pedro Caeiro made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demetrio Giovannelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carter Piano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demetrio Giovannelli having to interfere. Borbiago's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
