Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iban Vallejo kicked off to start the match. Krzysztof Bronder stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iban Vallejo's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Antonello Walcher hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iban Vallejo in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krzysztof Bronder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Thanks to some nice moves Biagio Mannucci could shoot a difficult shot in the 17th minute, which Ernesto Oroni however easily saved by the left post. Jesus Araoz charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jesus Araoz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jesus Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Ernesto Oroni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Costantino in the 20th minute of play. Virgiliana's Alberigo Iachini got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Krzysztof Bronder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amos Di Salvatore in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Monte Grande FC's Bernardo Fino got a free kick in the 23rd minute. In the 25th minute, Filippo Di Clemente had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. Jesus Araoz got his second yellow card in the match during the 25th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Virgiliana's Jesus Araoz got a free kick in the 26th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Virgiliana's goal looked a bit too open when Antonello Walcher came free, but Ernesto Oroni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Biagio Mannucci could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Ernesto Oroni made a huge save. Virgiliana's Ernesto Oroni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Costantino in the 35th minute of play. After 38 minutes of play, Monte Grande FC's Antonello Walcher made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ernesto Oroni was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41stth minute of the game Iban Vallejo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monte Grande FC's Krzysztof Bronder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The wind increased when Biagio Mannucci made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Alberigo Iachini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Krzysztof Bronder. The goal made the score 2-1. In the 58th match minute, Monte Grande FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Fino to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Virgiliana's Domenico Rotondi tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Iban Vallejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Amos Di Salvatore fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Virgiliana's protests and gave Amos Di Salvatore a yellow card for diving instead. Amos Di Salvatore hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Iban Vallejo in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krzysztof Bronder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th match minute, Monte Grande FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonello Walcher to maneuver through the defense. Krzysztof Bronder was a little too slow when Amos Di Salvatore got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 81st minute. The score was now 2-2. 85 minutes into the match, Virgiliana's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Mannucci came free, but Ernesto Oroni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Alberigo Iachini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Krzysztof Bronder. Monte Grande FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alberigo Iachini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Alberigo Iachini fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krzysztof Bronder having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Biagio Mannucci in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernesto Oroni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 97 minutes into the match, Monte Grande FC's Biagio Mannucci sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Oroni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Virgiliana had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
