With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eugenio Bernardi in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ubaldo Matildo Shitta-Bay saved Limito from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Antonio Alberico during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Fabio Caporale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cao Di Sopra AsFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fabio Caporale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ubaldo Matildo Shitta-Bay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 34 minutes of play, Cao Di Sopra AsFC's Eugenio Bernardi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ubaldo Matildo Shitta-Bay was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ubaldo Matildo Shitta-Bay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Bernardi, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Gigli to make the kick off. The supporters of Cao Di Sopra AsFC booed when Limito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enzo Gigli didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Alberico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Limito's Ubaldo Matildo Shitta-Bay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Limito from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Limito's zone, Eugenio Bernardi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ubaldo Matildo Shitta-Bay came out of the goal and Eugenio Bernardi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over Cao Di Sopra AsFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Limito throughout the match.
