The audience thought a goal was coming when Bianco Pompilio got free with Carter Corvi in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Luciano in the 4th minute of play forced Alessandria FC's goalkeeper Carter Corvi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Christian Luciano might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carter Corvi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Luciano ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Christian Luciano put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Carter Corvi. In the 21st match minute, Alessandria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Ceccarelli to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Alessandria FC's goalkeeper Carter Corvi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Alessandria FC's Carter Corvi got control of the ball when Bianco Pompilio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Alessandria FC booed when tigertem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Di Nucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was beautiful to see Alessandria FC's Domenico Farese in action when he in the 32nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Bianco Pompilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Corvi having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Christian Luciano in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carter Corvi saved Alessandria FC from getting behind. After 38 played minutes Alessandria FC got a freekick which was hit by Ermanno Marsilio. Christian Luciano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Alessandria FC's Angelo Pelliccioni got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute Corrado Lucidi suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. A collision led to Alessandria FC getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Federico Ruggieri hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bianco Pompilio to strike the kick off in the second half. If Bianco Pompilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 56th match minute, Alessandria FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Marsilio to maneuver through the defense. If Bianco Pompilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bianco Pompilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Corvi having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Demetrio Paolucci got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 minutes of play, tigertem's Bianco Pompilio made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carter Corvi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Carter Corvi came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by tigertem's Aldo Alfieri. But to his dismay, Aldo Alfieri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Bianco Pompilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Corvi having to interfere. Alessandria FC's Angelo Pelliccioni got his second yellow card of the match in the 78th minute. The referee ordered Angelo Pelliccioni off the ground. After a rather tough play, Alessandria FC's Angelo Pelliccioni got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Bianco Pompilio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carter Corvi was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bianco Pompilio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carter Corvi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Alberigo Cicchetti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
