The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Attilio Tana was the one to do the kick off. Armin Catena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Pari, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 81 minutes into the match, Real VT FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mickey Taggart came free, but Fausto Mucci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd match minute, Real VT FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Moscatelli to maneuver through the defense. Fausto Mucci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-4. The San Giorgio 1926 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Real VT FC to win.
