If Carlo De Iuliis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniele Giacchetti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Giusti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniele Giacchetti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniele Pellecchia went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Attilio Allegretti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. The SS Milazzo players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Real VT FC were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Real VT FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
