Valleandona AFC's Sven-Philipp Geiblinger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Valleandona AFC from getting a goal against them. Augusto Bonfigli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felice Miccoli, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Alberigo Taurino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Sven-Philipp Geiblinger made a huge save. Arrigo Casiraghi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Augusto Bonfigli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Bonfigli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felice Miccoli in the 18th minute of the match. If Fabrizio Chizzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Achille Terrasi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sven-Philipp Geiblinger made a huge save. Ercole Miccio kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ciccio Lo Iacono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Philipp Geiblinger having to interfere. Fabrizio Chizzo struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Augusto Bonfigli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Valleandona AFC. A hard shot 42 in the game by Alberigo Taurino from a close distance when the talented Sven-Philipp Geiblinger managed to make a qualified save. Valleandona AFC's players were relieved. Valleandona AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arrigo Casiraghi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The wind increased when Ciccio Lo Iacono made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Valleandona AFC's zone, Alex Pellegrini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Philipp Geiblinger came out of the goal and Alex Pellegrini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Felice Miccoli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Augusto Bonfigli came out of the goal and Felice Miccoli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Philipp Geiblinger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciccio Lo Iacono, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 95th minute, Valleandona AFC's Antonio Pani ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Augusto Bonfigli. Augusto Bonfigli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-2. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. USD Cavese were victorious despite being under pressure from Valleandona AFC for much of the match.
