The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th minute, Augusto Toto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of S.S. TUNZE TUNZE booed when Varazze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Basso didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Toto in the 28th minute of play forced S.S. TUNZE TUNZE's goalkeeper Anfilogino De Nardis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Alfonso Cristofari made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Varazze getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Emiliano Basso hit a great ball. Varazze's Augusto Toto got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anfilogino De Nardis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Franco Ronca's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. After 64 played minutes Varazze got a freekick which was hit by Domenico Evani. Claudio Guerriero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alfonso Cristofari in the 66th minute. Claudio Guerriero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carmine Forlani in the 68th minute of the match. Anfilogino De Nardis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franco Ronca, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Cristiano Marsilio hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute of the match Ferdinando Alessandro shot from a long distance.
