Spectators: 7756 (Terracing: 5819, Seating: 1783, VIP seats: 154) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Armando Di Febo kicked off to start the match. When Amedeo Tedeschi came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Legio Marconi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amedeo Tedeschi couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonello Di Clemente got free with Donato Nazzaro in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Trento's Donato Nazzaro got control of the ball when Antonello Di Clemente tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Amedeo Tedeschi took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Donato Nazzaro to make any attempt to save it. Donato Nazzaro made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Cesare Sartori sent off a good shot on target. Cesare Sartori could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Donato Nazzaro made a huge save. Donato Nazzaro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abdi Özkutsal in the 30th minute. Donato Nazzaro made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Abdi Özkutsal sent off a good shot on target. Cesare Sartori could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Donato Nazzaro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdi Özkutsal in the 38th minute of play forced Trento's goalkeeper Donato Nazzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Cesare Sartori recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Donato Nazzaro. Cesare Sartori showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdi Özkutsal made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Amedeo Tedeschi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donato Nazzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Donato Nazzaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdi Özkutsal in the 54th minute of the match. Donato Nazzaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdi Özkutsal in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amedeo Tedeschi in the 59th minute of play forced Trento's goalkeeper Donato Nazzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Legio Marconi's Cesare Sartori got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Ciscato charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armando Ciscato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 62 played minutes Trento got a freekick which was hit by Armando Ciscato. Trento's Donato Nazzaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amedeo Tedeschi in the 63rd minute of play. When Cesare Sartori fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Legio Marconi's protests and gave Cesare Sartori a yellow card for diving instead. Trento made a substitution. Dave Diana replaced Alex Giorgi. In the 68th match minute, Legio Marconi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesare Sartori to maneuver through the defense. Trento's Armando Di Febo got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Donato Nazzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Özkutsal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Donato Nazzaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cesare Sartori went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the match, Trento's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Özkutsal came free, but Donato Nazzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 86 minutes, Ferdinando Di Pietro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Legio Marconi and the Trento players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th match minute, Legio Marconi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Di Pietro to maneuver through the defense. Cesare Sartori kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the match, Trento's goal looked a bit too open when Abdi Özkutsal came free, but Donato Nazzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 90th minute, Abdi Özkutsal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Nazzaro was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Donato Nazzaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdi Özkutsal, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After some careless play in the Trento defense, Amedeo Tedeschi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Nazzaro. The Trento fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Nazzaro should have stopped the shot.
