Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pastor Cilio kicked off to start the match. Felice Pasquino charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 29th minute, Esse Trento's Emiliano Orsi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Francesco Lampa. Esse Trento's Flavio De Bettin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferruccio Gregori in the 37th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Frank Tomei during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Frank Tomei hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Esse Trento booed when Maglianello Basso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Balboni didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pastor Cilio got free with Francesco Lampa in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The corner led Esse Trento's Pastor Cilio to fire away a dangerous shot which Francesco Lampa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Esse Trento's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Maglianello Basso the free kick. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Flavio De Bettin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Esse Trento getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Felice Pasquino hit a great ball. Esse Trento's Pastor Cilio got his second yellow card of the match in the 59th minute. The referee ordered Pastor Cilio off the ground. Pastor Cilio kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. If Alberigo Di Meo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emiliano Orsi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Alberigo Di Meo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Francesco Lampa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Felice Pasquino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberigo Di Meo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Claudio Polito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio De Bettin having to interfere. A collision led to Maglianello Basso getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ferruccio Gregori hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diego Violento during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Esse Trento's Diego Violento got a free kick in the 86th minute. The audience was convinced that Armin Mozzoni's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio De Bettin was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After 88 minutes, Armin Mozzoni made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Esse Trento's Flavio De Bettin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A sloppy throw-in by Enrico Berardi in the 93rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Esse Trento's Alberigo Di Meo. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
