Cosimo Maranzano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martin Zammit went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Davide Pallini hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Dennis De Rossi scored 0-4 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cosimo Maranzano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cosimo Maranzano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frank Pich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Sangiuliano City fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cosimo Maranzano should have stopped the shot. Davide Petroni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
