Dino Gazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dino Roberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdinando Faieta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Camillo Casciano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zabal Villanueva in the 42nd minute of the match. Alberto Maranhense kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dino Gazza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Carugos's zone, Alberto Maranhense stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camillo Casciano came out of the goal and Alberto Maranhense tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 61st minute, Dino Gazza reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Camillo Casciano. The goal made the score 0-7. In the 64th minute, Zabal Villanueva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camillo Casciano was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Carugos's Camillo Casciano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Carugos from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd match minute, Carugos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Faieta to maneuver through the defense. After 85 played minutes Carugos got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinando Faieta. If Pitt Frøne had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. When the final whistle sounded Villadeatese FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Carugos.
