An unexpectedly hard shot by Mahir Akgün in the 10th minute of play forced Pergola FC's goalkeeper Alessio Africano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 11th minute Cristiano Campoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Di Palma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mahir Akgün scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alessio Africano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Claudio Di Palma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristiano Campoli's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Aldo Carta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alessio Africano having to make a save. Mahir Akgün took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alessio Africano. Alessio Africano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Corte di Camasco's Evert Helander slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alessio Africano. That made the score 3-0 after 26 minutes of play. After 29 played minutes Pergola FC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Fagnani. Alessio Africano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Carta, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Aldo Carta struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Alessio Africano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Corte di Camasco. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Mahir Akgün managed to get in a good position for a shot. Corte di Camasco's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahir Akgün was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alessio Africano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Pergola FC booed when Corte di Camasco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evert Helander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Mahir Akgün notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Pergola FC's Alessio Africano. Alessio Africano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the game, Corte di Camasco's Evert Helander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alessio Africano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

Alessio Africano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Helander in the 53rd minute of the match. If Mahir Akgün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Mahir Akgün's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alessio Africano was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. Pergola FC's Alessio Africano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Barbereau in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94thth minute of the game Cristiano Campoli who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corte di Camasco's Claudio Di Palma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Corte di Camasco's Mahir Akgün in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pergola FC's goalie prevented a goal. Aldo Carta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alessio Africano having to interfere. Corte di Camasco's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
