Alfonso Sansoni kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. When Dino Coletti came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the SuperAvara fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dino Coletti couldn't finish the play. Comunardo Ascani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Di Clemente having to interfere. If Alex Ciccarelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dino Ascani in the 22nd minute of play forced Silvio Pellico 47's goalkeeper Fedele Di Clemente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When SuperAvara's Alex Ciccarelli in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The referee ignored Silvio Pellico 47's protests and gave Alfonso Sansoni a yellow card for diving instead. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Silvio Pellico 47!

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Comunardo Ascani to make the kick off. Comunardo Ascani's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Fedele Di Clemente firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Comunardo Ascani put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Fedele Di Clemente. Enzo Fiore kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 67 minutes had been played when some careless play by Silvio Pellico 47's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cristoforo Marchegiani was slow to take the kick. During this time SuperAvara's players had a chance to rest. Cristoforo Marchegiani made a great header on SuperAvara's corner, it was just that Silvio Pellico 47's Fedele Di Clemente managed to reach the ball for a save. Dino Ascani fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fedele Di Clemente having to interfere. 88 minutes into the match, SuperAvara's Alex Ciccarelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fedele Di Clemente narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Davide Tieri kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Alberto Tellini managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Silvio Pellico 47's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tellini was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 98 played minutes SuperAvara got a freekick which was hit by Adriano Signori. SuperAvara played a much better game than Silvio Pellico 47 and deserved their victory. The Silvio Pellico 47 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
