Spectators: 8057 (Terracing: 6044, Seating: 1853, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Flavio Musacchio started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Flavio Musacchio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Bolognesi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alberto Raiola came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the VERDENA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Raiola couldn't finish the play. Alberto Raiola took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davide Montini. Davide Montini dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 24th minute, Alberto Raiola ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Davide Montini was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 33 minutes into the match, Armin Verdini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Enzo Bolognesi. VERDENA FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armin Verdini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Davide Montini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Bulkiewicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enzo Bolognesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Musacchio in the 45th minute of the match. In the 46th match minute, VERDENA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Bulkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Enzo Bolognesi made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Flavio Musacchio sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, Lumellogno AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Locatelli came free, but Davide Montini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Lumellogno AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VERDENA FC:s goal. The referee gave VERDENA FC a penalty, 58 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Amos Petrucci, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Lumellogno AFC's Davide Montini. 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mohamed Hanin in the 67th minute of play forced Lumellogno AFC's goalkeeper Davide Montini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute Damian Bulkiewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Montini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Locatelli in the 76th minute of play forced Lumellogno AFC's goalkeeper Davide Montini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Bulkiewicz scored 7-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Davide Montini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emanuele Di Ruscio hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. If Amos Petrucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Lumellogno AFC's Davide Volta got a free kick in the 84th minute. After 86 minutes of play, VERDENA FC's Mohamed Hanin made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Davide Montini was left in no man's land by his defense there! VERDENA FC's Enzo Bolognesi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save VERDENA FC from getting a goal against them. Amos Petrucci's late challenge caught a Lumellogno AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amos Petrucci helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Lumellogno AFC's Davide Volta got a free kick in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, VERDENA FC's Amerigo Locatelli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davide Montini made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-1. When the referee ended the match the VERDENA FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
