After 9 played minutes Viajero Del Mundo got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Venditti. 10 minutes into the match, Viajero Del Mundo's goal looked a bit too open when Attilio Colagrossi came free, but Fulvio De Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dino Pascucci during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 10th minute, one of Viajero Del Mundo:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Viajero Del Mundo. Fulvio De Rossi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermanno Zoff, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. During the 19th minute of the match Dino Pascucci completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dino Pascucci a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Viajero Del Mundo getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Dino Pascucci hit a great ball. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Ermanno Zoff sped through Viajero Del Mundo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fulvio De Rossi. Fulvio De Rossi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ermanno Zoff in the 26th minute. When Arturo Braccia fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Viajero Del Mundo's protests and gave Arturo Braccia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 28th match minute, Viajero Del Mundo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Braccia to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Zoff in the 31st minute of play forced Viajero Del Mundo's goalkeeper Fulvio De Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermanno Zoff came free with the goalkeeper in the 35th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Fulvio De Rossi could save by the left post. Arrigo Antonini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fulvio De Rossi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 42nd minute of the match Attilio Colagrossi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fulvio De Rossi skillfully saved the ball. Viajero Del Mundo's Ernesto Iannotti got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Feyli Ragazzi fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ermanno Zoff was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arrigo Antonini in the 54th minute of play forced Viajero Del Mundo's goalkeeper Fulvio De Rossi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute of the match Feyli Ragazzi got a corner. Viajero Del Mundo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Attilio Colagrossi ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Feyli Ragazzi's Elia Danza got a free kick in the 56th minute. Fulvio De Rossi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermanno Zoff in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Ermanno Zoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 70 played minutes Feyli Ragazzi got a freekick which was hit by Arrigo Antonini. The supporters of Viajero Del Mundo booed when Feyli Ragazzi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arrigo Antonini didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fulvio De Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Marziali, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Viajero Del Mundo's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Marziali came free, but Fulvio De Rossi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fulvio De Rossi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Marziali, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 85th minute, Arrigo Antonini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fulvio De Rossi was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Arrigo Antonini got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 6-0. 90 minutes into the match. After 98 minutes of play, Feyli Ragazzi's Arrigo Antonini made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fulvio De Rossi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Feyli Ragazzi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
