Ciro Della Rocca made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Cristoforo De Paolis sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute, Roman Raucher made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Scafati. U.S. Vapriese's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 10 minutes into the match, Artur Zdrojewski notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of U.S. Vapriese's Flavio Scafati. Flavio Scafati was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 15th minute Antonio Pedroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Scafati saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 minutes of play, Casalecchio AFC's Cosimo Di Tullio made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Flavio Scafati was left in no man's land by his defense there! Flavio Scafati showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cosimo Di Tullio in the 18th minute of the match. After 19 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Casalecchio AFC! When the match had been going on for 20 minutes, U.S. Vapriese's Alberigo Luongo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Ciro Della Rocca. Fulvio Ruggieri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ciro Della Rocca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberigo Luongo in the 24th minute of play forced Casalecchio AFC's goalkeeper Ciro Della Rocca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, Rangel Jankulovski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Flavio Scafati was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 28th minute, Artur Zdrojewski made a precise shot to the right of Flavio Scafati. U.S. Vapriese's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. 31 minutes into the match, Casalecchio AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristoforo De Paolis came free, but Ciro Della Rocca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Casalecchio AFC defense, Alberigo Luongo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciro Della Rocca. The Casalecchio AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciro Della Rocca should have stopped the shot. Cristoforo De Paolis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ciro Della Rocca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulvio Ruggieri, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Casalecchio AFC's goalkeeper Ciro Della Rocca had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alberigo Luongo. Flavio Scafati made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cosimo Di Tullio in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes U.S. Vapriese got a freekick which was hit by Corrado Marra. In the 48th minute, Antonio Pedroni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Casalecchio AFC were leading 2-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Antonio Pedroni made the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Antonio Pedroni recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Flavio Scafati. Antonio Pedroni showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-7. In the 57th match minute, Casalecchio AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Pedroni to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Scafati made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosimo Di Tullio in the 61st minute. U.S. Vapriese's Flavio Scafati proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save U.S. Vapriese from getting a goal against them. Cristoforo De Paolis charged in rather forcefully in the 71st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristoforo De Paolis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Roman Raucher's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavio Scafati read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. Cristoforo De Paolis hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Flavio Scafati didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Casalecchio AFC's Antonio Pedroni shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-12 in the ordered_time% minute. Ciro Della Rocca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberigo Luongo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Casalecchio AFC's Artur Zdrojewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Flavio Scafati. Flavio Scafati yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-13. If Roman Raucher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Casalecchio AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
