With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ermanno Zoff in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Carosella saved OldHighburyInvincibles from getting behind. Donato Carosella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Antonini in the 8th minute of the match. Arrigo Antonini hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute, Brian Nava hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ermanno Zoff came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Feyli Ragazzi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermanno Zoff couldn't finish the play. 20 minutes into the match, Arrigo Antonini dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Donato Carosella, 1-0. In the 24th minute, Ermanno Zoff ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Donato Carosella was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 26th match minute, Feyli Ragazzi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arrigo Antonini to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th match minute, Feyli Ragazzi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bryan Cristante to maneuver through the defense. 29 minutes into the game, Arrigo Antonini was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Feyli Ragazzi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave OldHighburyInvincibles the free kick. After a rather tough play, Feyli Ragazzi's Arrigo Antonini got a free kick in the 29th minute. In the 38thth minute of the game Ermanno Zoff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OldHighburyInvincibles's Donato Carosella was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bryan Cristante kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hasan Hüseyin Taycan to make the kick off. Feyli Ragazzi's Adriano Fontana quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ciccio Presutti, made in the 53rd minute of the game. Arrigo Antonini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Donato Carosella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donato Carosella didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ermanno Zoff went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. OldHighburyInvincibles's Aloísio Lima was substituted for Ciccio Presutti. In the 67thth minute of the game Ermanno Zoff who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but OldHighburyInvincibles's Donato Carosella was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, OldHighburyInvincibles's Bedřich Takáč got a free kick in the 68th minute. Donato Carosella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Marziali, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. After 74 minutes, Angelo Marziali made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. OldHighburyInvincibles's Donato Carosella tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Feyli Ragazzi booed when OldHighburyInvincibles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bedřich Takáč didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Carosella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Marziali in the 80th minute of play. Donato Carosella came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Feyli Ragazzi's Angelo Marziali. But to his dismay, Angelo Marziali quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. After a rather tough play, Feyli Ragazzi's Adriano Fontana got a free kick in the 88th minute. Donato Carosella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelo Marziali in the 91st minute of the match. The supporters of Feyli Ragazzi booed when OldHighburyInvincibles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stan Mäder didn't get a good kick on the ball. 96 minutes into the game, Feyli Ragazzi's Angelo Marziali nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Donato Carosella made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. When the referee ended the match the Feyli Ragazzi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
