OldHighburyInvincibles's Donato Carosella played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Billock in the 11th minute of play. The supporters of Real Murçia FC booed when OldHighburyInvincibles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Brian Nava didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 13 minutes of play, Real Murçia FC's Alfredo Fiori made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Carosella was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the OldHighburyInvincibles defense, Robert Billock kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donato Carosella. The OldHighburyInvincibles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donato Carosella should have stopped the shot. He Xu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If He Xu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Donato Carosella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Carretero in the 33rd minute of play. After 43 minutes, Gernando Saldanha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the OldHighburyInvincibles and the Real Murçia FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th match minute, OldHighburyInvincibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gernando Saldanha to maneuver through the defense. Donato Carosella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Carretero in the 45th minute of the match. Donato Carosella took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Fiori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Carlos Castro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hasan Hüseyin Taycan's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. OldHighburyInvincibles's Aloísio Lima managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ahmet Turan Yanıker in the 69 minute of the game. Freddy Pedros kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Cedro Gurendes kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. José Carlos Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hasan Hüseyin Taycan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Hasan Hüseyin Taycan managed to get in a good position for a shot. OldHighburyInvincibles's supporters rose to their feet, but Hasan Hüseyin Taycan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Carlos Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Real Murçia FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than OldHighburyInvincibles.
