Spectators: 8003 (Terracing: 6004, Seating: 1840, VIP seats: 159) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Alvise Lattanzio got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Negrini in the 4th minute of play forced Alba FC's goalkeeper Davide Conte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davide Conte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Lattanzio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th minute of the match, Ciro Cino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alvaro Amadei was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of Alba FC booed when Champions TA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Di Massimo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alvaro Amadei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Di Iorio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Alba FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alvise Lattanzio came free, but Davide Conte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvise Lattanzio hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Ciro Cino was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 28 played minutes Alba FC got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Di Donato. Fortunato Carlini charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fortunato Carlini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice moves Ciro Cino could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Alvaro Amadei however easily saved by the left post. In the 36th minute, Alba FC's Ciro Cino ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alvaro Amadei. Alvaro Amadei yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Champions TA's Alvaro Amadei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Champions TA from getting a goal against them. Davide Conte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Negrini in the 43rd minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play, Alba FC's Donato Amatori made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Alvaro Amadei was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donato Amatori was the one to do the kick off. An unexpected shot in the 51st minute by Franco Negrini got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Federico Di Iorio in the 52nd minute of play forced Champions TA's goalkeeper Alvaro Amadei to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Davide Conte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Negrini in the 56th minute of play. Ermanno Cremonese charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ermanno Cremonese the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 60th minute, Ermanno Cremonese hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Donato Amatori scored 3-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvaro Amadei, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Champions TA defense, Federico Di Iorio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alvaro Amadei. The Champions TA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alvaro Amadei should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Champions TA's Anselmo Mangione got a free kick in the 81st minute. Alba FC's Donato Amatori got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 90 played minutes Champions TA got a freekick which was hit by Anselmo Mangione. In a very dangerous position, a player in Champions TA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 91st minute. Penalty! Champions TA's Alvaro Amadei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Donato Amatori in the 95th minute of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Champions TA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Alba FC.
