In the 3rd minute of the game Comunardo Righi made a throw-in which Enrico Citrullo played forward. In the 7th minute Danail Batalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Danail Batalski in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Peca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Monterenzio FC 88's Amerigo Peca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danail Batalski in the 9th minute of play. Amerigo Peca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danail Batalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 13th minute, Ivan Stewart got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amerigo Peca came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Legnano's Ivan Stewart. But to his dismay, Ivan Stewart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Monterenzio FC 88 defense, Danail Batalski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amerigo Peca. The Monterenzio FC 88 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amerigo Peca should have stopped the shot. Danail Batalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Amerigo Peca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danail Batalski in the 29th minute of play. Ivan Stewart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Amerigo Peca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Monterenzio FC 88's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Stewart came free, but Amerigo Peca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Minichiello hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After 40 minutes, Danail Batalski made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Monterenzio FC 88's Amerigo Peca tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 44th minute Danail Batalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The wind increased when Alvise Salvadore made the kick off in the second half. Amerigo Peca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danail Batalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amerigo Peca came out of the goal in the 63rd minute to try and stop a shot by Legnano's Ivan Stewart. But to his dismay, Ivan Stewart quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. In the 67th match minute, Legnano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danail Batalski to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Danail Batalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Legnano's supporters rose to their feet, but Danail Batalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Peca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 73 minutes into the match, Niculae Tătaru had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amerigo Peca. Monterenzio FC 88's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niculae Tătaru was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. If Danail Batalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Danail Batalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maciej Walicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enrico Citrullo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 82 minutes into the game, Legnano's Danail Batalski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amerigo Peca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Maciej Walicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvise Salvadore, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ciccio Forlani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Amerigo Peca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Danail Batalski came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Legnano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danail Batalski couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the match, Danail Batalski notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Monterenzio FC 88's Amerigo Peca. Amerigo Peca was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Legnano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
