Spectators: 7996 (Terracing: 5998, Seating: 1839, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cristiano Porro started the match with the kick off. Cristiano Porro in the 8thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Amerigo Peca, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Cristiano Porro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Amerigo Peca came out and tried to block the shot, but Cristiano Porro slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 11th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristiano Porro in the 14th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Peca prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Achille Caracciolo made in the 16th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Cesare Mattioli immediately put the ball in play. Amerigo Peca was out of position in the 18 minute of play, and Claudio Di Lorenzo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Claudio Di Lorenzo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. In the 21st minute, Claudio Di Lorenzo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bonobos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Cristiano Porro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Amerigo Peca firmly grabbed it by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristiano Porro got free with Amerigo Peca in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Bonobos FC booed when Monterenzio FC 88 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Comunardo Nasuti didn't get a good kick on the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Amos Pizzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amerigo Peca. Monterenzio FC 88's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amos Pizzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 33 minutes into the match, Monterenzio FC 88's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Di Lorenzo came free, but Amerigo Peca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amerigo Peca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Pizzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Concetto Ciaccia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amerigo Peca. Monterenzio FC 88's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Concetto Ciaccia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. 40 minutes into the match, Monterenzio FC 88's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Di Lorenzo came free, but Amerigo Peca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Bonobos FC booed when Monterenzio FC 88 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrico Citrullo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amerigo Peca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Porro went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alvise Salvadore stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amerigo Peca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amos Pizzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Amerigo Peca came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Bonobos FC's Claudio Di Lorenzo. But to his dismay, Claudio Di Lorenzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Cristiano Porro might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amerigo Peca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristiano Porro ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristiano Porro in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amerigo Peca saved Monterenzio FC 88 from getting behind. Cristiano Porro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bonobos FC made a substitution. Antonello Laurenti replaced Christian Pantani. Cristoforo Astolfi's late challenge caught a Bonobos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Astolfi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 69th minute Cristiano Porro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amerigo Peca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 69 played minutes Monterenzio FC 88 got a freekick which was hit by Cristoforo Astolfi. After 70 played minutes, Bonobos FC's Cristiano Fantauzzi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Amerigo Peca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Bonobos FC reached it. Amerigo Peca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Di Lorenzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Amerigo Peca came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Bonobos FC's Claudio Di Lorenzo. But to his dismay, Claudio Di Lorenzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Porro in the 82nd minute of play forced Monterenzio FC 88's goalkeeper Amerigo Peca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amerigo Peca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Di Lorenzo in the 84th minute of play. After 84 played minutes Monterenzio FC 88 got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Salvadore. If Stefan Åman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Peca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Di Lorenzo in the 91st minute of play. Amerigo Peca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristiano Porro went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. 96 minutes into the game, Bonobos FC's Cristiano Porro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amerigo Peca made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. When the referee ended the match the Bonobos FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
