After 2 played minutes Pedriano got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Maia. Corrado Filippini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Cannata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Piattelli having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pedriano's zone, Aldo Vierchowod stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Piattelli came out of the goal and Aldo Vierchowod tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Pedriano's Dennis Bocchi got a free kick in the 11th minute. Enzo Cannata struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Concetto Piattelli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cortesano. Flavio Tozzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Concetto Piattelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 16thth minute of the game Flavio Tozzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedriano's Concetto Piattelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 16 minutes, Filippo Teodori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cortesano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filippo Teodori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aldo Vierchowod hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. In the 21st match minute, Pedriano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Bocchi to maneuver through the defense. Anfilogino Totaro charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anfilogino Totaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Pedriano! The referee gave Cortesano a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Flavio Tozzi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pedriano's Concetto Piattelli. 0-1. In the 29thth minute of the game Filippo Teodori who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pedriano's Concetto Piattelli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Filippo Teodori put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Concetto Piattelli. Concetto Piattelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavio Tozzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th minute Flavio Tozzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Piattelli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Filippo Teodori's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Concetto Piattelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Filippo Teodori advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 44th minute. In the 47th match minute, Pedriano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferruccio Di Paolo to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Flavio Tozzi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Flavio Tozzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Concetto Piattelli having to interfere. After 55 minutes, Dennis Bocchi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pedriano and the Cortesano players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Cortesano booed when Pedriano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dennis Bocchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anfilogino Totaro got his second yellow card in the match during the 56th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. 56 minutes into the game, one of Pedriano:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 58 minutes Pedriano's goalkeeper Concetto Piattelli managed, with a little bit of luck, save Flavio Tozzi's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Concetto Piattelli came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Cortesano's Flavio Tozzi. But to his dismay, Flavio Tozzi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 60th minute, Aldo Vierchowod ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Concetto Piattelli was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Cortesano's Anselmo Tondi was substituted for Aldo Vierchowod. After 65 minutes of play, Cortesano's Enzo Cannata made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Concetto Piattelli was left in no man's land by his defense there! Concetto Piattelli showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Tozzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The Cortesano fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Cortesano's Flavio Tozzi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-8 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Flavio Tozzi didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-9 via right post in the game's 76th minute. Cortesano's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The crowd rose to their feet as Cortesano's Flavio Tozzi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Concetto Piattelli. That made the score 0-10 after 81 minutes of play. After 84th play minutes Flavio Tozzi shot 0-11, a short shot which went by Concetto Piattelli and just under the crossbar into goal. After 88 played minutes Pedriano got a freekick which was hit by Dennis Bocchi. Cortesano's Flavio Tozzi got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Cortesano's Flavio Tozzi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Concetto Piattelli. Concetto Piattelli yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-13. Cortesano's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
