If Iqbal Rambing had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Amedeo Santovito's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dario Biancone firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 25th minute of the match, Amedeo Santovito got a very nice opportunity to score, but Dario Biancone was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Emiliano Scatena made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Giandomenico in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florian Giandomenico in the 34th minute of play forced Villazzano's goalkeeper Emiliano Scatena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florian Giandomenico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Florian Giandomenico stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Concetto Di Massimo charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Iqbal Rambing recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Florian Giandomenico recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Emiliano Scatena. Florian Giandomenico showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. After having played for 91 minutes, Amedeo Santovito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Villazzano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amedeo Santovito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Iqbal Rambing in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Emiliano Scatena, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Villazzano getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Elia Barbanti hit a great ball. Alfredo Della Torre took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emiliano Scatena. Villazzano's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Villazzano fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SURSUM CORDA F.C. were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
