Spectators: 8033 (Terracing: 6025, Seating: 1848, VIP seats: 160) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eraldo Verdini took the kick off in the first half of the match. Donato Corelli was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 3rd minute. Muppet FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Aldo Punta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Eraldo Verdini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute, Antonello Pich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Donato Corelli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ronny Eliasson, 1-0. After 14 minutes, Eraldo Verdini made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ceresāo's Ronny Eliasson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Ronny Eliasson came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Muppet FC's Florian Muzzatti. But to his dismay, Florian Muzzatti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Eraldo Verdini's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ronny Eliasson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Ronny Eliasson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Corelli in the 25th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Eraldo Verdini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 36th minute Ciccio Larizza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felice Coccolone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eraldo Verdini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Aldo Punta fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Muppet FC's protests and gave Aldo Punta a yellow card for diving instead. Aldo Punta hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute of the match Diego Semeno sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Felice Coccolone skillfully saved the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Donato Corelli in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ronny Eliasson saved Ceresāo from getting behind. 48 minutes into the match, Florian Muzzatti notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Ceresāo's Ronny Eliasson. Ronny Eliasson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ciccio Larizza made a kick off. A collision led to Ceresāo getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Federico Pedroni hit a great ball. 58 minutes into the match, Muppet FC's Eraldo Verdini sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ronny Eliasson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Florian Muzzatti hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Pello Clemente kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Ciccio Larizza fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Felice Coccolone, passed just outside the right post. In the 70th minute Florian Muzzatti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ronny Eliasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Eraldo Verdini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ronny Eliasson. Ceresāo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eraldo Verdini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Donato Corelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ronny Eliasson having to interfere. Felice Coccolone made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Ciro Demaria sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Ceresāo's goal looked a bit too open when Donato Corelli came free, but Ronny Eliasson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Aldo Punta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Ceresāo defense, Eraldo Verdini kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ronny Eliasson. The Ceresāo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ronny Eliasson should have stopped the shot. Ronny Eliasson came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Muppet FC's Donato Corelli. But to his dismay, Donato Corelli quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Carter Lepre hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. When the referee ended the match the Muppet FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
