Spectators: 7967 (Terracing: 5977, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 158) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elia Costacurta started the match with the kick off. In the 5th match minute, Mambo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Randy Lee to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Dorika AFC booed when Mambo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andris Van Eynde didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armin Di Toma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Montrel in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Dorika AFC booed when Mambo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francesco Salvi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armin Di Toma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermanno Tripodi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Mambo FC's Elia Costacurta in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Dorika AFC's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Dorika AFC's Arif Egemen Taif got control of the ball when Elia Costacurta tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Mazzini in the 34th minute of play forced Mambo FC's goalkeeper Armin Di Toma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th match minute, Dorika AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ermanno Tripodi to maneuver through the defense. Bruno Domina received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arif Egemen Taif came out and tried to block the shot, but Bruno Domina slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 39th minute. Mambo FC's Armin Di Toma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dario Mazzini in the 43rd minute of play. Arif Egemen Taif took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elia Costacurta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dario Mazzini to make the kick off. Armin Di Toma was a little too slow when Dario Mazzini got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 63rd minute Ermanno Tripodi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armin Di Toma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ermanno Tripodi in the 66th minute of play forced Mambo FC's goalkeeper Armin Di Toma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute of the game Comunardo Cirulli made a throw-in which Torkild Skibbyholm played forward. Dario Mazzini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Armin Di Toma made a huge save. Dario Mazzini struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Armin Di Toma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dorika AFC. Dorika AFC played a much better game than Mambo FC and deserved their victory. The Mambo FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
