In the 35thth minute of the game Comunardo Sivieri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.C. Pio's Attilio Bellone was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 37th minute, Comunardo Sivieri reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Attilio Bellone. The goal made the score 4-0. Comunardo Sivieri had several of the A.C. In the 45th match minute, cotone fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Biagio Melito to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinando Manna fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Attilio Bellone having to interfere.

The wind increased when Ferdinando Manna made the kick off in the second half. The cotone fc fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when cotone fc's Comunardo Sivieri looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Attilio Bellone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Comunardo Sivieri's shot from short distance in the 54th minute. Comunardo Sivieri took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Attilio Bellone. Attilio Bellone dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. After some careless play in the A.C. Pio defense, Comunardo Sivieri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Attilio Bellone. The A.C. Pio fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Bellone should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd minute, Comunardo Sivieri got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 65 minutes of play, cotone fc's Comunardo Sivieri made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Attilio Bellone was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 68th match minute, cotone fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonello Vitelli to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Pio's zone, Comunardo Sivieri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Attilio Bellone came out of the goal and Comunardo Sivieri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. cotone fc made a substitution. Arrigo Di Girolamo replaced Ferdinando Manna. A collision led to A.C. Pio getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Edmondo Furino hit a great ball. Attilio Bellone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Di Girolamo in the 78th minute of the match. If Comunardo Sivieri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camillo De Angelis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, cotone fc's Arrigo Aloisi got control of the ball when Demetrio Borrelli tried to sneak it across the goal line.
