Roberto baggi's Carter Cattaneo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio Piccone in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Padula in the 12th minute of play forced Roberto baggi's goalkeeper Carter Cattaneo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 played minutes Rombiolo BR got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Melfi. With a little luck, Rombiolo BR's Emilio Grassi got control of the ball when Ferruccio Mori tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 17 played minutes Roberto baggi got a freekick which was hit by Bernard Mol. Ferruccio Mori recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Mori in the 23rd minute of play forced Rombiolo BR's goalkeeper Emilio Grassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th match minute, Rombiolo BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Padula to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arrigo Motta got free with Emilio Grassi in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rombiolo BR's Emilio Grassi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arrigo Motta in the 27th minute of play. Emilio Grassi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredo Mazzocchi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulvio Piccone took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carter Cattaneo. Carter Cattaneo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmine Saturno to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Roberto baggi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Iori to maneuver through the defense. Carmine Saturno hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After 54 played minutes Rombiolo BR got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Melfi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Mori in the 55th minute of play forced Rombiolo BR's goalkeeper Emilio Grassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 59 minutes into the match, Rombiolo BR's goal looked a bit too open when Anfilogino Bontempi came free, but Emilio Grassi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Roberto baggi's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Luciano came free, but Carter Cattaneo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 66 minutes, Ferruccio Mori mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roberto baggi and the Rombiolo BR players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emilio Grassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferruccio Mori in the 70th minute of play. Emilio Grassi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arrigo Motta in the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 75 minutes, Ferruccio Mori managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Roberto baggi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ferruccio Mori was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carter Cattaneo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Padula in the 78th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferruccio Mori in the 80th minute of play forced Rombiolo BR's goalkeeper Emilio Grassi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Federico Lorefice hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. A collision led to Rombiolo BR getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Federico Schiacciacasse hit a great ball. Ferruccio Mori scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Grassi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Emilio Grassi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferruccio Mori in the 93rd minute of play. If Anfilogino Bontempi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ferruccio Mori's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Grassi was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Roberto baggi were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Rombiolo BR for a fine match.
