Spectators: 8007 (Terracing: 6007, Seating: 1841, VIP seats: 159) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Bianco Zoccolo started the match with the kick off. Elia Fanfarone hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Academy Sava's Carlo Mingione got control of the ball when Ciccio Cardillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Emiliano Bernardini hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Il Reverendo Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdinando Alba to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the game, Il Reverendo Team's Adriano Losito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlo Mingione made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Academy Sava's Carlo Mingione proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Academy Sava from getting a goal against them. Academy Sava's Elia Fanfarone got his second yellow card of the match in the 23rd minute. The referee ordered Elia Fanfarone off the ground. After a rather tough play, Academy Sava's Elia Fanfarone got a free kick in the 24th minute. Corrado Aversano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Carlo Mingione made a huge save. Flavio Antonelli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Carlo Mingione made a huge save. Flavio Antonelli's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carlo Mingione firmly grabbed it by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Adriano Losito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Carlo Mingione. That made the score 3-0 in the 40 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 46 minutes, Bruno Di Giovanni took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Carlo Mingione to make any attempt to save it. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Adriano Losito made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Academy Sava got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Taglieri. The supporters of Il Reverendo Team booed when Academy Sava was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carter Piscopo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlo Mingione showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavio Antonelli in the 59th minute of the match. Carlo Mingione made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciccio Cardillo in the 69th minute of play. Carlo Mingione came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Il Reverendo Team's Ciccio Cardillo. But to his dismay, Ciccio Cardillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. If Flavio Antonelli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 79 minutes into the match, Ciccio Cardillo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carlo Mingione. Academy Sava's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ciccio Cardillo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adriano Losito in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlo Mingione prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 96th minute Adriano Losito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlo Mingione saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Il Reverendo Team players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
