Spectators: 7988 (Terracing: 5992, Seating: 1837, VIP seats: 159) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Fulvio Grande took the kick off in the first half of the match. Christian Alessandro was a little too slow when Attilio Mammarella got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 8th minute, Attilio Mammarella left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castellazzo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Arturo Pellecchia came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Castellazzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Pellecchia couldn't finish the play. If Attilio Mammarella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Alessandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Attilio Mammarella, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Davide Petricca came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Castellazzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Davide Petricca couldn't finish the play. If Arturo Pellecchia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sori's defense didn't have a chance, in the 24th minute, when Attilio Mammarella scored to the left of an out of position Christian Alessandro, making the score, 3-0. Christian Alessandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Attilio Mammarella, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Attilio Mammarella kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Christian Alessandro. That made the score 4-0 in the 33 minute of play. In the 36th minute, Attilio Mammarella fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Christian Alessandro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Attilio Mammarella showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 43 minute of play. Cesare Mozzoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonello Mameli in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arturo Pellecchia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Attilio Mammarella came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Castellazzo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Attilio Mammarella couldn't finish the play. Cesare Mozzoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fulvio Grande in the 59th minute of the match. If Attilio Mammarella had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arturo Pellecchia struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Christian Alessandro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Castellazzo. Christian Alessandro came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Castellazzo's Attilio Mammarella. But to his dismay, Attilio Mammarella quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-0. Christian Alessandro came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by Castellazzo's Arturo Pellecchia. But to his dismay, Arturo Pellecchia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. 83 minutes into the game, Castellazzo's Attilio Mammarella nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Alessandro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. After 88 played minutes Sori got a freekick which was hit by Antonello Mameli. Attilio Mammarella recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 91 played minutes Sori got a freekick which was hit by Dave Baur. 93 minutes into the game, Castellazzo's Arturo Pellecchia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Alessandro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 10-0. Cesare Mozzoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulvio Grande in the 97th minute of play. There was no doubt that Castellazzo were the better team. Castellazzo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
