In the 3rd minute Alessio Ascoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donovan Belli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Angelo Pallotta struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Donovan Belli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for XMAS. Filippo Serra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Real Pozzino's zone, Ennio De Nardis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Donovan Belli came out of the goal and Ennio De Nardis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 9th minute, one of XMAS:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for XMAS. Concetto Garibaldi went to the wrong direction when Filippo Serra was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 14th minute of the game. One of XMAS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Real Pozzino:s goal. Filippo Serra shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind XMAS's goalkeeper Concetto Garibaldi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 17 minutes XMAS's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edoardo Maia who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Edoardo Maia almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but XMAS's Concetto Garibaldi did a great save. Through an outstanding action, after 19 minutes, Concetto Garibaldi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Donovan Belli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessio Ascoli in the 20th minute of play. Angelo Pallotta might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Donovan Belli. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Angelo Pallotta ran back to his position shaking his head. Ennio De Nardis's late challenge caught a Real Pozzino's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ennio De Nardis helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, Filippo Serra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Concetto Garibaldi was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Concetto Garibaldi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Filippo Serra in the 35th minute. In the 43rd minute Alessio Ascoli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Donovan Belli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alessio Ascoli in the 43rd minute of play forced Real Pozzino's goalkeeper Donovan Belli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Filippo Serra did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Concetto Garibaldi 45 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

After a defensive mix-up in XMAS's zone, Augusto Biancone stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Concetto Garibaldi came out of the goal and Augusto Biancone tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 53 played minutes XMAS got a freekick which was hit by Anfilogino Di Nino. In the 55th minute Filippo Serra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Concetto Garibaldi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alessandro Vettori made in the 62nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Real Pozzino's Daniele Scevola. 62 minutes into the game, Filippo Serra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Concetto Garibaldi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 67 minutes into the match, XMAS's goal looked a bit too open when Filippo Serra came free, but Concetto Garibaldi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, XMAS's Christian Zaccardi got a free kick in the 68th minute. In the 75thth minute of the game Filippo Serra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but XMAS's Concetto Garibaldi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Biancone in the 76th minute of play forced XMAS's goalkeeper Concetto Garibaldi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Pozzino were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after XMAS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edoardo Maia took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Edoardo Maia got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Concetto Garibaldi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 78th match minute, XMAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anfilogino Di Nino to maneuver through the defense. Concetto Garibaldi came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Real Pozzino's Filippo Serra. But to his dismay, Filippo Serra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. After some careless play in the XMAS defense, Filippo Serra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Concetto Garibaldi. The XMAS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Concetto Garibaldi should have stopped the shot. Augusto Biancone's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Concetto Garibaldi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. XMAS's Concetto Garibaldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filippo Serra in the 87th minute of play. Augusto Biancone might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Concetto Garibaldi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Augusto Biancone ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 94th match minute, Real Pozzino was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carter Della Rocca to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Real Pozzino fans cheered their team off the field, for while XMAS had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
