The supporters of Milano FC booed when VIS PESARO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amos Baresi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anthony Parente in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eugenio Gentili saved VIS PESARO FC from getting behind. In the 8th minute Anthony Parente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Gentili saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Gentili came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Milano FC's Anthony Parente. But to his dismay, Anthony Parente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Eugenio Gentili came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Milano FC's Camillo Di Nino. But to his dismay, Camillo Di Nino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After some careless play in the VIS PESARO FC defense, Angelo Betti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eugenio Gentili. The VIS PESARO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eugenio Gentili should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Betti in the 32nd minute of play forced VIS PESARO FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gentili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberigo Castronovo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Angelo Betti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eugenio Gentili was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. In the 38th minute, Camillo Di Nino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. In the 48th minute, Angelo Betti made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Gentili. VIS PESARO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Antonello Mazza kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Arsenio Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dario Petrucci, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Milano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberigo Castronovo came free, but Arsenio Javiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 minutes Milano FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anthony Guaita who took care of the corner kick. VIS PESARO FC's Cristoforo Basile was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arsenio Javiar in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristoforo Fantini in the 63rd minute of play forced VIS PESARO FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gentili to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. VIS PESARO FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Cristoforo Fantini scored to the left of an out of position Eugenio Gentili, making the score, 0-8. In the 70th minute, Milano FC's Anthony Parente dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Angelo Betti ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Angelo Betti took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Eugenio Gentili to make any attempt to save it. In the 86th minute, Cesare Petrini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Betti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Eugenio Gentili made a huge save. If Angelo Betti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, VIS PESARO FC's goalkeeper Eugenio Gentili had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristoforo Fantini. Alex Mangione hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Angelo Betti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eugenio Gentili read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 98th minute of play. When the match was over Milano FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than VIS PESARO FC throughout the match.
