With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Apolloni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Through an outstanding action, after 42 minutes, Dario Apolloni successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dario Apolloni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Epifani in the 44th minute of the match. Edmondo Di Felice kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlo Epifani got free with Dario Apolloni in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Filip Bringedal was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Beppe Salomone cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Dario Apolloni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Carlo Epifani hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Dario Cipolla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Apolloni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Pellecchia in the 61st minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, Saima FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Epifani came free, but Dario Apolloni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristiano Pellecchia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Dario Apolloni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Saima FC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Epifani came free, but Dario Apolloni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Campania FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beppe Salomone was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Dario Apolloni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristiano Pellecchia in the 72nd minute of play. In the 73rd match minute, Campania FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Beppe Salomone to maneuver through the defense. Beppe Salomone scored 4-1 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dario Apolloni, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 86th minute, Cristiano Pellecchia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dario Apolloni was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Campania FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
