In the 8th match minute, Saucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alexander Di Massimo to maneuver through the defense. Alexander Di Massimo charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alexander Di Massimo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Alexander Di Massimo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fedele Oroni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bruno Bellomo in the 16th minute. In the 19th match minute, Saucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Bozzelli to maneuver through the defense. Moises Boniel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Amedeo Testi. Saucho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Biagio Cimino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fedele Oroni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Amedeo Testi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Boniel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Alexander Di Massimo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Moises Boniel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amedeo Testi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Bernardo Tammaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caledonia Invicta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardo Tammaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Biagio Cimino dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Fedele Oroni, 2-0. Fedele Oroni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biagio Cimino in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Saucho's goal looked a bit too open when Laurențiu Sima came free, but Amedeo Testi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Saucho's Biagio Cimino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The supporters of Saucho booed when Caledonia Invicta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcu Ştiopul didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Caledonia Invicta's zone, Alberto Villani stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fedele Oroni came out of the goal and Alberto Villani tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Biagio Cimino to strike the kick off in the second half. Saucho were awarded a corner in the 54th minute after Caledonia Invicta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alberto Villani took the corner. In the 60th match minute, Saucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Villani to maneuver through the defense. Amedeo Testi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Tammaro in the 66th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernardo Tammaro in the 75th minute of play forced Saucho's goalkeeper Amedeo Testi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Caledonia Invicta's Fedele Oroni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Biagio Cimino in the 79th minute of play. With his leg Amedeo Testi managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when Caledonia Invicta's Moises Boniel fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Caledonia Invicta made a substitution. Carter Cerasoli replaced Marcu Ştiopul. Anselmo Valcareggi kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After 88 played minutes Saucho got a freekick which was hit by Franco Santalucia. Saucho's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
