The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Alexander Di Massimo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Augusto Cuarto kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Biagio Cimino took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Adriano Petrella. Adriano Petrella dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Biagio Cimino scored 0-2 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Adriano Petrella, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Adriano Petrella didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Biagio Cimino went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. 22 minutes into the match, Lucian Romaşcanu notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of ChupaBonito's Adriano Petrella. Adriano Petrella was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 25 minutes, Achille Di Fabio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ChupaBonito and the Saucho players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th match minute, ChupaBonito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Achille Di Fabio to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Biagio Cimino in the 26th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Adriano Petrella saved ChupaBonito from getting behind. 31 minutes into the game, Biagio Cimino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Adriano Petrella was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 35th match minute, Saucho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Bellomo to maneuver through the defense. Adriano Petrella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Biagio Cimino's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Biagio Cimino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Adriano Petrella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Saucho were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gualter Quintal to make the kick off. Alexander Di Massimo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Adriano Petrella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 52nd minute, Lucian Romaşcanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saucho fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. If Alberto Villani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adriano Petrella was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Biagio Cimino capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Biagio Cimino really showed his touch with that goal: 0-8. A hard shot 68 in the game by Biagio Cimino from a close distance when the talented Adriano Petrella managed to make a qualified save. ChupaBonito's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Alberto Villani took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Adriano Petrella to make any attempt to save it. Adriano Petrella made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Biagio Cimino sent off a good shot on target. Enzo Romano charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Enzo Romano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Biagio Cimino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adriano Petrella was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 82 minutes into the match, ChupaBonito's goalkeeper Adriano Petrella had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Biagio Cimino. Biagio Cimino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adriano Petrella having to interfere. Adriano Petrella showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Biagio Cimino, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. 94 minutes into the match, ChupaBonito's goal looked a bit too open when Biagio Cimino came free, but Adriano Petrella reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
