The supporters of Ne booed when Heroito Akkakà was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achille Piccone took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Concetto Brillante. Concetto Brillante dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amos Di Mascio to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Heroito Akkakà got a freekick which was hit by Claudio De Lellis. Adriano Costanzo kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Heroito Akkakà's defense didn't have a chance, in the 56th minute, when Amos Di Mascio scored to the left of an out of position Concetto Brillante, making the score, 0-8. Achille Piccone received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Concetto Brillante came out and tried to block the shot, but Achille Piccone slotted it home off the left post making it 0-9 in the 68th minute. After some careless play in the Heroito Akkakà defense, Achille Piccone kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Concetto Brillante. The Heroito Akkakà fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Concetto Brillante should have stopped the shot. Achille Piccone could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Concetto Brillante made a huge save. In the 95th match minute, Ne was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Tana to maneuver through the defense.
