The corner led Vash the Stampede's Daniele Orioli to fire away a dangerous shot which Bruno Raimondi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 17th minute, Frank Sciascia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carter Vitale stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domenico Iachini's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Mézes Mackó got a freekick which was hit by Andrea Di Vito. 22 minutes into the match, Domenico Iachini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carter Vitale. Vash the Stampede's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domenico Iachini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Vash the Stampede's Alberto Mingione got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 28 minutes Vash the Stampede's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Beppe Mameli who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Andrea Di Vito at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Vash the Stampede. 0-2. The wind increased when Domenico Iachini made the kick off in the second half. A hard shot by Dennis Malandra from long distance, 58 minutes into the match, got Carter Vitale's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 60 minutes into the match, Mézes Mackó's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Cordone came free, but Bruno Raimondi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vash the Stampede's Carter Vitale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Vash the Stampede from getting a goal against them. Carter Vitale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Soraiz in the 63rd minute of the match. Bruno Raimondi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Egidi in the 64th minute of play. Andrea Di Vito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Vitale having to interfere. If Domenico Iachini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mézes Mackó made a substitution. Fedele Vida replaced Domenico Iachini. With a little luck, Vash the Stampede's Carter Vitale got control of the ball when Fedele Vida tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Franco Egidi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vash the Stampede's supporters rose to their feet, but Franco Egidi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Raimondi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carter Vitale made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Fedele Vida sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 74 minutes, Carter Vitale successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Franco Egidi kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Teofil Sidorowicz charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teofil Sidorowicz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Mézes Mackó booed when Vash the Stampede was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofil Sidorowicz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Beppe Mameli hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Ksawery Galus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carter Vitale having to interfere. Franco Egidi kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mézes Mackó had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
