With a little luck, Montorfano's Ciccio Di Tommaso got control of the ball when Domenico Tatangelo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th play minute Damian Valdevielso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ciccio Di Tommaso. 2-0. In the 19th minute, Eraldo Cocca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Montorfano defense, Clint Barton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciccio Di Tommaso. The Montorfano fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciccio Di Tommaso should have stopped the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Ennio Gervasi dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ciccio Di Tommaso, 4-0. Damian Valdevielso took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ciccio Di Tommaso. Ciccio Di Tommaso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. When the match had gone on for 35 minutes, Ennio Gervasi took a quick shot and it went in 6-0 without a chance for Ciccio Di Tommaso to make any attempt to save it. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cimone's goalkeeper Carmine Di Rocco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Montorfano's Ciccio Di Tommaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clint Barton in the 42nd minute of play. With a little luck, Montorfano's Ciccio Di Tommaso got control of the ball when Ennio Gervasi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 6-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After 53 minutes, Cristiano Panino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Montorfano and the Cimone players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Montorfano's Cristiano Panino got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 57th minute, Clint Barton made a precise shot to the right of Ciccio Di Tommaso. Montorfano's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. 63 minutes into the match, Damian Valdevielso had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ciccio Di Tommaso. Montorfano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Damian Valdevielso was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. Montorfano's Ciccio Di Tommaso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damian Valdevielso in the 66th minute of play. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 10-0 when Ennio Gervasi sped through Montorfano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ciccio Di Tommaso. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfonso Monti during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alfonso Monti hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. But to his dismay, Ferdinando Tomei quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 12-0.
