The audience was convinced that Alessandro Barillari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alfredo Burgnich was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Anfilogino Marinelli charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elia Iannone in the 53rd minute of play forced Real Kikkabu's goalkeeper Cristiano Lancia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elia Iannone kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. After 58th play minutes Alessandro Barillari shot 0-9, a short shot which went by Alfredo Burgnich and just under the crossbar into goal. Alessandro Barillari struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Alfredo Burgnich didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Real Kikkabu. Alessandro Barillari might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alfredo Burgnich. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alessandro Barillari ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Fontebuona's Alfredo Burgnich got control of the ball when Alessandro Barillari tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alfredo Burgnich was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Alessandro Barillari capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alessandro Barillari really showed his touch with that goal: 0-17. Real Kikkabu played a much better game than Fontebuona and deserved their victory. The Fontebuona players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
