In the 23rd minute Didi Cornut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo Muzzatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Ercole Tiberio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardo Fanfarone. Rossanese's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ercole Tiberio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Amedeo Muzzatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Didi Cornut's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. After 31 minutes Pra Mezzan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Léo Berger who took care of the corner kick. Emiliano Piola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardo Fanfarone having to interfere. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pra Mezzan's goalkeeper Amedeo Muzzatti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 39th match minute, Pra Mezzan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emiliano Piola to maneuver through the defense. Didi Cornut could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Amedeo Muzzatti made a huge save. A collision led to Pra Mezzan getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Ercole Tiberio hit a great ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emiliano Piola to make the kick off. The supporters of Rossanese booed when Pra Mezzan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiliano Piola didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Fanfarone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Piola in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Didi Cornut in the 61st minute of play forced Pra Mezzan's goalkeeper Amedeo Muzzatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardo Fanfarone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emiliano Piola in the 72nd minute of the match. Bernardo Fanfarone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emiliano Piola, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. In the 77th match minute, Pra Mezzan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felice Antenucci to maneuver through the defense. Léo Berger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amedeo Muzzatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberigo Rulli in the 80th minute of play. A collision led to Rossanese getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Ciccio Santilli hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Alberigo Rulli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amedeo Muzzatti was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. Rossanese's Didi Cornut got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 87th minute 赵挺源 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amedeo Muzzatti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by 赵挺源 in the 88th minute of play forced Pra Mezzan's goalkeeper Amedeo Muzzatti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alberigo Rulli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amedeo Muzzatti having to interfere. Alberigo Rulli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Pra Mezzan supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pra Mezzan would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
