Ermanno Poletti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrico Tocci in the 10th minute of play forced Flacara Militari's goalkeeper Delfim Freitas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ermanno Poletti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lars Axelsson in the 11th minute of play. Delfim Freitas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrico Tocci in the 13th minute of the match. Cristiano Lucchetti's late challenge caught a Flacara Militari's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristiano Lucchetti helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th match minute, Casalingaperfetta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristiano Lucchetti to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Casalingaperfetta getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Aldo Ascani hit a great ball. The long shot by Franco Ranieri in the 20th minute really tested Ermanno Poletti's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Franco Ranieri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ermanno Poletti having to make a save. Casalingaperfetta's Ermanno Poletti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Casalingaperfetta from getting a goal against them. Franco Lepre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delfim Freitas having to interfere. After 29 played minutes Flacara Militari got a freekick which was hit by Lars Axelsson. Ermanno Poletti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Ranieri in the 31st minute of play. In the 46th minute Franco Lepre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Freitas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Franco Ranieri to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lars Axelsson during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute, Lars Axelsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristiano Lucchetti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Avram Lucan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ermanno Poletti read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play. Ermanno Poletti didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franco Ranieri went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Franco Lepre kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Flacara Militari's Filippo Passerini was substituted for Christian Hansson. A collision led to Casalingaperfetta getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Franco Lepre hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, Ciro Silvi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franco Ranieri took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermanno Poletti. Ermanno Poletti dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After some careless play in the Casalingaperfetta defense, Lars Axelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ermanno Poletti. The Casalingaperfetta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ermanno Poletti should have stopped the shot. Delfim Freitas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristiano Lucchetti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th minute Franco Ranieri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermanno Poletti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Flacara Militari had played much better football throughout.
